Tuesday, September 17, Rotary Kingsville held its Scholarship Raffle.
Riviera resident Henry Kelly was our winner. He is pictured with his wife and Rotarian Dawn Hardin. Big congratulations to them! All of the proceeds go to our scholarships and projects.
