Dr. Chika Rosenbaum, assistant professor in the department of history and political science at Texas A&M-Kingsville, was the guest speaker at the Noon Rotary Club last week. The subject of her talk was, “Connecting Kingsville to Japan”. She spoke on establishing a mock United Nations on campus and also establishing a sister city program between Kingsville and a city in Japan. Right is Rotarian Richard Hartwig.
