Mathis wins Kingsville Noon Rotary 4-Way Test competition

Morgan Mathis, left, was the winner of the Four-Way Speech Contest held by the Noon Rotary Club this week. Mathis, a senior at Academy High School, received a $1,000 scholarship and advanced into the district round of the speech contest. The district contest was held last weekend in the Texas A&M-Kingsville Memorial Student Union Building. At right is Rotarian Deborah Branstetter, chair of the Noon Rotary Club speech contest.
