The 4-Way Test is the guiding principle for all Rotarians; we recite it at the end of every meeting.
Each year Rotary Kingsville invites area students to put the Test to work in their lives and speak about it. The winning speeches are given scholarships and asked to continue on to our District-level competition. This year, we were pleased to send Julia Guerrero. She is the winner of our local competition and gave her speech last weekend to Rotarians from around South Texas.
