District 5930 presents a great way for you to become a Paul Harris Fellow!
The Rotary Foundation Points Matching Program begins on Feb. 1, 2026 and ends on April 31, 2026. The primary purpose of this program is twofold:
- To assist those Rotarians in the District that are close to becoming any level of Paul Harris Fellow up to a +8 in achieving that honor
- To increase contributions to the Annual Fund so that the District will ultimately have more resources (money) to do more good in our District and the world

Annual Fund – Paul Harris Fellow Special Offer
For a limited time starting February 1, 2026 and ending April 1, 2026, District 5930 will do the following:
Using Rotary Foundation Recognition Points generously donated by anonymous donors, we will match contributions of New Cash made to the Annual Fund-SHARE during Rotary Year 2025-2026 on a 1:to:1 basis in amounts of $100.00 to $500.00 for any active Rotarian in District 5930 who is not yet a Paul Harris Fellow +8. The intent of this initiative is to help increase the number of Paul Harris Fellows in our District and also support the Annual Fund-Share program. |

Please Note: These matches are limited to one per donor and will be processed on a first come first serve basis until April 1, 2026, or until the match bank is exhausted, whichever comes first. Match requests received prior February 1, 2026 will not be accepted.
Here’s how it works:
- Before making an eligible contribution, please contact me (Eddie Bartnesky) at eddie@rotary5930.com and let me know how much you intend to contribute. I will establish your baseline and monitor Rotary Foundation (TRF) reports to:
- Verify that the funds have been received and posted properly to TRF records, and
- Determine the amount of the match for which you qualify.
- Send your contribution directly to TRF using either The Rotary Foundation Contribution Form (123-N or by going on-line at www.my.rotary.org/en/donate. Please note: if you are going to donate on-line, be sure to sign into My Rotary before doing so. Once the contribution appears on your record, we will submit the match to TRF.
- There are a few exceptions. Please note that this program will not match:
- Contributions from anyone whose current Recognition Amount is greater than $8,800 at the time the contribution is made and will not match more than it takes to achieve PHF+8 status. For instance, if you have contributed $8,800 to date, and now elect to contribute $100 more, we will match this amount with 100 points so that you achieve PHF+8.
- Contributions made to any fund other than the Annual Fund-Share (i.e. PolioPlus, Disaster Response, Endowment Fund, Rotary Peace Centers, and Global Grants). While these contributions are both appreciated and important, they fall outside the parameters of this program.
- Foundation Recognition Point transfers.
- If applicable, please provide me with the mailing address to which you want your recognition pin mailed.
