Clements receives Rotary Club District Service Award

 

Charles Clements, a member of the Kingsville Rotary Club, was presented the Rotary Club District Service Award at the recent district convention in Rockport.  The award was presented to a member who has made contributions to the association during the past year.  Right is Noon Rotary Club president Ricki Cunningham.
