Cano talks Texas Department of Criminal Justice at recent meeting

Manuel A. Cano of Kingsville, parole officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, was the guest speaker at the Noon Rotary Club this week.  He discussed the mission statement of the office, duties of the officers and employment opportunities for clients.
