This week Together for Peace presents Vincent Chiravalle.

Vincent Chiravalle is a research scientist at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. He holds his Bachelors's, Master of Arts, and Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University.  His research and published articles have been acclaimed internationally for his contributions to aeronautical engineering. In addition to scientific prowess, Vincent is also a community leader. He was elected to the Los Alamos County Council in 2008 where he served for years, then later ran for the 2014 New Mexico House of Representatives race for District 43. Vincent is a Rotarian and member of the Los Alamos Rotary Club, District 5520. 

Vincent will be discussing the connections to science and peacebuilding. From national security, energy security, to aerospace engineering, ethics and peacebuilding are pillars to advancing technology for the greater good of a nation and the world.
