We will host the meeting via Zoom. All members can join the meeting by computer, laptop, smartphone via app or dial in via phone at 12:00PM. We will begin with some housekeeping and instruction then kick off the official meeting at 12:20PM. We have updated our zoom meeting links, adding better security features. Please use the newly-emailed link and not the previously sent email.
Please be patient with us and yourself as we all do our best to navigate this new meeting platform. Justinn has shared a link to some great how to videos about Zoom and the interface. Start here if you have not used zoom before. You will learn how to create a zoom account and how to use the features.
To insure you have a great meeting experience I would ask that you take a few minutes learning how to use the features of Zoom. You may also reach out to me if you are having troubles.
TIP* If you will be downloading the app and connecting via smart phone you will have the best experience if you are connected to WIFI during video chat
