Peace Corps Response to COVID-19

On March 15, the United States Peace Corps Service recalled 7,200 volunteers from around the world.  Volunteers have faced outbreaks in their communities of: polio, tuberculosis, SARS, birdflu, ebola, and other maladies; but, there has never been a mass evacuation of volunteers like this in the almost 50 years of the program's history.

We will hear the stories of some of those evacuated Peace Corps Volunteers.
